About the role
Ouji, a leading FMCG company in Southeast Asia and Oceania, is looking for a proactive Human Resources Executive to join its Taipei office. You will play a key part in shaping the employee experience, from recruitment to off‑boarding, while ensuring compliance with local labor regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: post jobs, screen resumes, coordinate interviews and follow‑up with candidates.
- Oversee end‑to‑end HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, off‑boarding and internal employee changes.
- Administer payroll, labor insurance and health insurance, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Handle attendance tracking, leave administration and maintain up‑to‑date personnel records.
- Ensure HR practices comply with current labor laws and stay informed of regulatory updates.
- Perform additional duties assigned by management.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR processes.
- Excellent communication skills with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Proficiency in English is a plus.
