Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Business Partner to support our fast‑growing technology business in Taiwan. You will act as a strategic advisor to business managers while also handling day‑to‑day HR operations, ensuring the organization attracts, retains, and develops top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑lifecycle talent acquisition for assigned units, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Manage daily HR operations, including onboarding/offboarding, compensation and benefits administration, and HR data/system maintenance.
• Partner with business managers to align HR strategies with business goals, providing advice on organizational design, headcount planning, and talent initiatives.
• Drive performance management cycles, talent reviews, succession planning, and employee development programs.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee relations, engagement, policy guidance, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with Taiwan labor laws, internal policies, and risk‑management standards.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of HR experience with hands‑on expertise in talent acquisition, general HR operations, and business partnering.
• Background in electronics or technology sectors, preferably in high‑growth or newly established entities.
• Strong knowledge of Taiwan labor legislation, recruitment practices, and compensation frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, able to influence mid‑to‑senior leadership.
• Agile mindset capable of balancing strategic initiatives with operational execution.
