职位概况
负责与厂区高层合作，进行人力盘点、组织诊断及前瞻性人力配置，确保生产计划顺利执行并符合国际合规要求。
主要职责
- 与高阶主管协作，制定人力配置与组织结构调整方案。
- 主导RBA（责任商业联盟）与ISO（9001、45001）稽核，确保合规。
- 管理外籍移工引进、生活与宿舍安全，落实法规要求。
- 建立劳资沟通机制，处理员工申诉、劳资争议及违纪处分。
任职要求
- 5-8 年人力资源经验，至少3 年电子制造业（EMS/ODM）或HRBP经验。
- 熟悉台湾劳动基准法，具备劳资争议处理与ISO稽核实务经验。
- 具备RBA稽核成功案例或外籍移工管理经验者优先。
必备技能
- 全功能HR视角，熟悉组织诊断与人力规划。
- RBA、ISO稽核流程与文档管理。
- 外籍移工政策与宿舍安全管理。
