HR Specialist – Talent Acquisition & Employee Development

About the role

Synology is seeking an HR Specialist to lead talent acquisition and employee development initiatives. You will work closely with teams across the company to attract top talent, ensure smooth onboarding, and foster a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business needs.
• Organize and attend job fairs, career events, and external recruiting initiatives.
• Manage the full hiring cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Maintain professional communication with candidates, providing timely updates on interview opportunities and application status.
• Coordinate onboarding orientations, training programs, team‑building activities, and other employee events.
• Oversee employee attendance records and related administrative matters.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive company‑wide initiatives that strengthen values and morale.

Required profile

• 5+ years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in talent acquisition or training.
• Familiarity with Taiwan labor laws.
• Previous experience in the technology industry.
• Proficiency in conducting phone and in‑person interviews, candidate screening, and evaluation.
• Experience planning external recruiting events and large‑scale training programs.
• Background in developing employee benefits, company policies, and organizing large training events.
