HR Partner – Taiwan

About the role

The Human Resources Partner will be based in Hsinchu and report to the Country HR Director – Taiwan. This role provides comprehensive HR support across talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation & benefits and employee development, helping to drive a positive and inclusive workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver end‑to‑end recruitment for Taiwan requisitions, designing sourcing strategies and building talent pipelines using platforms such as 104, LinkedIn and internal referrals.
• Create salary proposals, negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding and accurate paperwork for new hires.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, compensation, benefits and employee relations matters, supporting investigations and fostering a collaborative culture.
• Partner with business stakeholders to improve employee engagement, experience and performance management processes.
• Collect, analyse and report HR metrics to inform data‑driven recommendations and strategic outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of workplace events and HR activities.
