HR and Administration Manager – Taipei

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR and Administration Manager to lead our HR & Administration team in Taipei. You will be responsible for shaping HR strategy, ensuring smooth office operations, and partnering with regional teams to align policies and practices.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the HR & Administration team, providing guidance, support and oversight.
• Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee engagement and HR reporting.
• Implement HR strategies that support the company’s goals and objectives.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders by delivering HR advice, analysis and initiatives.
• Coordinate closely with the Hong Kong HR team to align group‑wide policies, reporting, headcount updates and cross‑region employment matters.
• Manage office administration functions to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations, including facilities coordination, correspondence handling, stationery arrangements and general administrative support.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in human resources management or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset and people‑management capabilities.
• Independent, proactive attitude with a positive outlook in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
