Head of Human Resources – Taiwan Branch

About the role

The Head of Human Resources will lead all HR functions for Airbus Helicopters' Taiwan branch, aligning local practices with global strategies and ensuring compliance with Taiwanese labour regulations. This senior position is pivotal in shaping a positive, inclusive culture and attracting top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies that support the branch’s business objectives.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, compensation, benefits, performance management, training, and employee relations.
• Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing expert HR counsel.
• Ensure full compliance with local labour laws and company policies.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary processes.
• Design competitive compensation and benefits programs.
• Lead the full talent acquisition cycle from workforce planning to hiring.
• Create and deliver training programs to foster employee development.
• Promote an inclusive culture that reflects Airbus values.
• Prepare HR budgets and reporting for the branch.
• Collaborate with regional and global HR teams to share best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 5‑8 years progressive HR experience in a multinational environment, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience working in Taiwan with deep knowledge of local labour laws and cultural nuances.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken).
• Strong knowledge of all HR functions, including talent acquisition, compensation, performance management, employee relations and organizational development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a global team.
• Experience in the aerospace industry is a plus.
