Harbor Site Manager / Port Upgrades Manager

About the role

As a key member of Synera Renewable Energy, you will lead the planning, execution, and management of port infrastructure upgrades and harbor logistics to support offshore wind projects across Taiwan and the broader Asian region.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute port upgrades, including land/seabed reinforcement, dredging and on‑shore facility construction.
• Ensure all works comply with local regulations, environmental standards and HSE requirements.
• Negotiate and finalize port lease agreements and service contracts with authorities and service providers.
• Manage day‑to‑day harbor activities such as vessel scheduling, cargo handling and on‑shore transportation.
• Develop and monitor schedules and budgets for port activities, aligning them with overall project timelines.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for port‑related matters, liaising with stakeholders, government agencies and local communities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Marine Engineering, Logistics, Project Management or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in port/harbor management, infrastructure upgrades, on‑shore construction, lease negotiations or offshore project logistics.
