职位概况
负责Coupang台湾物流站点的工程项目全周期管理，包括规划、承包商作业、施工执行、验收及运营交接，确保进度、质量与成本符合要求。
主要职责
- 统筹项目从规划到交付的完整流程，设立控制点与交付标准。
- 审查施工图、进度表、技术规范，识别冲突并推动整改。
- 管理现场执行、承包商履约，进行日报审查与现场访查。
任职要求
- 具备可验证的工程项目管理经验，能够说明项目范围、期间、个人责任与交付成果。
- 拥有工地活动或新建站点管理经验，包括承包商协调、里程碑验收与异常处理。
- 能够阅读施工图、进度表及技术规范。
必备技能
- 施工图说判读能力。
- 工程进度管理与风险识别。
- 质量检验流程管理与缺失整改。
