Group Leader – Production Line

About the role

Vishay Kaohsiung Diodes is looking for a motivated Group Leader to oversee its assembly production line. You will ensure daily schedules are met, product quality meets customer expectations, and the MES and promise systems run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the assembly production line on a daily basis.
• Precisely execute the planned schedule provided by the planning group.
• Ensure and continuously improve product quality to satisfy customer needs.
• Handle the MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and promise system.

Required profile

• High school education or higher.
• At least 1 year of management experience in production or engineering.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and leadership communication.
• Basic knowledge of planning tools such as MRP, CRP, and DLP/EHS.
• Familiarity with assembly processes and semiconductor manufacturing.
