Global Mobility Manager – International Assignment Service Delivery

About the role

We are looking for a Global Mobility Manager to lead the delivery of international assignment services across our worldwide operations. The role will partner with local and regional HR teams to ensure seamless execution of mobility policies, tax compliance, payroll, and related processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee global mobility policies, procedures, income‑tax, TEQ and payroll execution in designated locations.
• Maintain close collaboration with Global and Regional HR to align global and local programs.
• Work with the Center of Excellence (COE) on mobility principles, vendor services and digitalisation initiatives.
• Identify and raise compliance challenges, including double‑tax and social‑security implications, to the COE.
• Ensure accurate, risk‑free payroll data flow and timely delivery.
• Redesign exception request processes and act as the go‑to advisor for complex cases.
• Monitor external market trends in global mobility and communicate updates.
• Deliver change‑management communications, training and stakeholder engagement for assigned programs.
• Partner with Internal Audit and Controls to ensure program compliance.

• Excellent presentation, communication and influencing skills at all organisational levels.
• Proven collaboration skills to build effective relationships across functions.

Required skills

• Knowledge of global mobility policies, income‑tax and social‑security treaties.
• Experience with payroll processes and risk management.
• Familiarity with compliance monitoring and internal audit coordination.
