Global Account Manager – Semiconductor Industry

About the role

We are seeking a senior Global Account Manager to lead and grow strategic multinational accounts for a world‑leading advanced materials supplier serving the semiconductor and electronics sectors. The role combines high‑level relationship management with the identification of new business opportunities worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Manage designated global accounts and coordinate cross‑functional, regional activities.
• Build trusted relationships with senior decision‑makers, influencers and technical stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue short‑term, medium‑term and long‑term growth opportunities.
• Act as the primary liaison between global account management, regional sales teams and internal functions.
• Maintain a stakeholder database and conduct market research to uncover new segments and competitive insights.
• Integrate sales and marketing efforts to generate qualified leads and support forecasting.
• Travel internationally and domestically as required to support account development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical education.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in account management, sales or business development within the semiconductor industry.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand complex products and applications.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to work across geographic regions and functions.
• Willingness to travel on short notice.
