Senior New Business & Partnerships Manager – Mandarin Speaker

About the role

Reap is seeking a Senior New Business & Partnerships Manager who is fluent in Mandarin to drive global sales and partnership initiatives. You will generate new business opportunities, lead sales cycles from prospecting to client launch, and work closely with internal teams and strategic decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to closing and client onboarding.
• Communicate Reap’s multi‑pronged value proposition to diverse stakeholders and decision‑makers.
• Develop and execute strategies to qualify leads, forecast revenue, and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Use CRM tools to track activities, update customer information, and report on conversion metrics.
• Represent Reap’s APIs and product suite, providing market insights and identifying emerging opportunities.
• Collaborate with Implementation, Relationship Management, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth handovers and long‑term client success.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of proven success in business development or sales.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and communication abilities.
• Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in fast‑paced environments.
• Experience with crypto/web3 or SaaS/API products is a plus.
• Organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Familiarity with Google Sheets.
• Experience using HubSpot.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn for lead generation.
