Full-time Faculty Position (Assistant Professor or above)

The Department of Psychology at National Chung Cheng University invites applications for a full‑time faculty position at the Assistant Professor rank or higher. Candidates from any psychological subfield are welcome, especially those with interdisciplinary research and teaching expertise. The role involves conducting high‑quality research, securing external funding, and contributing to the department’s academic community.

Required profile

• PhD in psychology or a closely related discipline.
• Demonstrated research record with first or corresponding author publications in indexed journals (SCI, SSCI, etc.) within the past three years.
• Experience in teaching, with the ability to deliver at least one course in English each academic year.
• Successful involvement in funded research projects (e.g., NSTC, USR, industry‑academia collaborations) as PI or collaborator.
• International research collaboration experience or editorial board service for international journals.
• Ability to develop and teach courses covering emerging interdisciplinary issues in psychology.
• Strong English communication skills for both instruction and scholarly activities.
