Job description

职位概况

负责从需求釐清、UI/UX 实作、串接后端 API 与资料处理，全程独立完成产品功能，主要参与 dashboard、POS 等零售场景的开发。

主要职责

独立负责 Next.js/React 产品功能，从需求、方案设计、实作、验证到上线。
正确处理 Server/Client Component 边界、routing、data fetching、loading/error 状态与缓存。
通过 OpenAPI 与后端协作，逐步开发轻量 FastAPI/资料处理功能。
使用 Vitest、Playwright 与可观测性证据验证行为，维护 CI 与正式环境质量。
可使用 AI 辅助开发，但需审查输出并验证正确性、安全性、隐私、可访问性与性能。

任职要求

具备扎实的前端实战经验（React 与现代模式：hooks、context、composition）。
熟悉 TypeScript，重视类型安全。
有 TanStack（React Query / Router）或类似的 state/data-fetching 经验。
能独立作战，从需求、规划、实作到验证自我驱动。
对后端/全端有强烈学习意愿，愿意从前端转向全栈。
良好的沟通与协作能力，能与 ML、后端、DevOps 团队合作。
能在技术理想与商业现实之间取得平衡。
熟悉至少一种 AI 辅助开发或原型设计工作流，能审查生成内容的正确性、可维护性、无障碍、效能与安全性。
