Sea Global Management Associate Program – Garena Track

About the role

The Sea Global Management Associate Program (Garena track) is a two‑year, full‑time rotational scheme designed for recent graduates who want to launch a career in technology and gaming. Participants will rotate through four six‑month assignments across Garena’s core functions, gaining exposure to game design, product management, AI, operations, marketing and esports.

• Fast‑track your career with a structured 2‑year program that combines learning and high‑impact projects.
• Navigate your journey alongside C‑suite and senior executives, receiving direct mentorship.
• Report to senior management for at least one rotation to gain hands‑on leadership experience.
• Expand your horizons on the global stage through local and overseas assignments.
• Steer projects across e‑commerce, digital financial services and digital entertainment businesses.

Required profile

• Recognised Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) from a reputable institution; master’s degree is a plus.
• 0–2 years of full‑time work experience (excluding internships) as of 31 Oct 2026.
• Strong familiarity with games and player behaviour, demonstrated through personal gameplay or related experience.
• Hands‑on experience using AI tools and turning ideas into practical solutions (a plus).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Degree to be completed or on track for completion by June 2027, with availability to start full‑time by July 2027.
• Passion for games, sharp analytical thinking, and a resilient, proactive attitude.
