Full Stack Engineer – Front-end Focus (Pioneer Talent Program)

About the role

Binance is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join its Pioneer Talent Program, focusing on front‑end development while contributing across the entire product stack. You will work in an AI‑augmented environment, helping shape a highly autonomous development model.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end development of product features spanning both frontend and backend.
• Integrate mainstream AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) into daily workflows to boost efficiency.
• Translate product requirements into working implementations with minimal handoff friction.
• Champion full‑stack practices, mentor peers, and help scale AI‑augmented development across the organization.
• Identify and propose improvements to cross‑team collaboration, product, design, and engineering processes.
• Contribute throughout the product lifecycle, from ideation to deployment and iteration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science or an AI‑related field.
• 1–5 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Self‑driven attitude with a product‑ and operational‑mindset.
• Strong logical thinking, communication skills, and a passion for learning new technologies.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one backend language: Java or Golang.
• Experience with Node.js and React for frontend development.
• Knowledge of database design and data modeling.
• Hands‑on experience with AI coding assistants such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Claude Code.
