About the role
The Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) is a two‑and‑a‑half‑year global rotation program that develops future finance leaders. Based in Taipei, you will support forecasting, planning and analysis for the ASPAC region while gaining exposure to business partnering, budgeting and performance reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare regular and ad‑hoc financial reports and performance analytics.
- Support budgeting, forecast updates and statistical trend analysis.
- Partner with business stakeholders on financial planning and decision support.
- Assist with quarter‑close activities and standard reporting.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects and training sessions.
Required profile
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
- Fresh graduate or 1‑3 years of full‑time accounting, audit or FP&A experience, preferably in MNCs or Big 4.
- Strong analytical mindset with high motivation and leadership potential.
- Fluent in English and Korean.

- Financial planning systems (SAP, TM1, Anaplan)
