About the role

Eaton’s Golf Pride business is seeking a Plant Finance Controller to lead financial performance for its Tainan City plant. The role combines financial analysis, forecasting, cost management and talent development to support operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze financial data, performance metrics and trends; build financial models to assess scenario impacts.
• Lead plant profit planning, monthly forecasts, goal setting and reporting for plant management.
• Provide decision‑support insights, recommend financial implications of operating strategies and identify mitigation for financial risks.
• Monitor and manage operational costs, drive cost‑saving initiatives and improve profitability.
• Implement inventory control actions to maximize cash flow and operational profitability.
• Develop finance talent through hiring, development and succession planning.
• Oversee cost accounting processes, ensure accurate cost allocation and compliance with GAAP and local statutory requirements.
• Support division finance by providing cost breakout guidance, interpreting production mix impacts and contributing to the SIOP cycle.
