Field Service Team Manager

Every day we have the opportunity to make a positive impact on colleagues, partners, customers and society. As a Field Service Team Manager you will lead a team of service engineers, ensuring operational capability while balancing customer, business and team needs.

Key responsibilities

• Provide focused leadership to service engineers to maintain operational capability.
• Secure a strong QHSE culture within the Field Service organization.
• Manage and develop capabilities needed to support overall service strategies.
• Identify training needs, track competence improvement and update skills matrices.
• Ensure availability of resources and manpower.
• Monitor FSE utilization, P3F results and investment progress against targets.
• Support proactive service sales through lead generation in collaboration with capital and service sales.
• Ensure jobs are executed in line with internal and external customer relationships.
• Lead the team remotely, providing direction and ensuring performance aligns with the service strategy.
• Implement continuous efficiency improvements using innovative processes and technologies.
• Lead change management to adapt to new market demands.
• Track and act on KPIs to measure and improve performance.

Required profile

• Fluent in English – reading, writing and oral communication.
• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• More than 3 years of management experience in a service environment.
• Experience with improvement tools such as 5S and project work.
