Executive Personal Assistant (C‑level Support)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, versatile Executive Personal Assistant to serve as the right‑hand to a C‑level executive. The role blends high‑level administrative support, international travel coordination, and personal security responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage comprehensive personal and business tasks, from meeting minutes (using AI tools) to daily administrative and lifestyle logistics.
• Coordinate and accompany the executive on extensive overseas trips, handling travel logistics, heavy luggage, and on‑the‑ground transportation and accommodation.
• Plan and manage itineraries for international forums and VIP meetings, building professional relationships with key political and business figures.
• Act as a personal security escort, maintaining situational awareness and ensuring safety in high‑risk regions.

Required profile

• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication and strong cross‑cultural competence.
• Proven experience in high‑responsibility executive support, personal assistant, chief of staff, or security escort roles.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally on short notice, including to high‑risk or politically sensitive areas.
• Physically fit to manage demanding logistical tasks and sustain extended travel periods.
• Strong crisis‑management instincts, discretion, confidentiality, and the ability to prioritize competing demands with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Experience using AI‑assisted tools such as ChatGPT for summarisation and productivity.
