Executive Assistant to General Manager

About the role

FINA International Inc. is seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support the General Manager in a fast‑paced, globally‑oriented environment. The role blends administrative excellence with cross‑border coordination, market research, and logistics oversight.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison with overseas and domestic vendors and clients, ensuring smooth daily communication.
• Leverage AI tools to conduct market research, competitive analysis, and generate actionable insights.
• Manage import and export operations, including logistics tracking, documentation, and coordination.
• Provide comprehensive executive support by executing and following up on projects and daily tasks assigned by the General Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of professional experience, preferably involving international partners.
• Industry experience in fashion, beauty, or food & beverage is a strong plus.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and modern digital collaboration tools.
• Comfortable working across time zones and with global teams.
• Highly discreet, resilient under pressure, and strong logical thinker.
