About the role

We are looking for a proactive Operations Specialist to manage daily functions of our fulfillment center offices in Northern Taiwan. The role bridges communication between local sites and Coupang headquarters, oversees vendor relationships, supports new site launches, and ensures accurate financial administration.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations of existing fulfillment centers across Northern Taiwan.
• Act as primary contact for site requests and coordinate timely communication with HQ.
• Oversee office facilities, order supplies, manage layouts, and maintain a productive work environment.
• Coordinate and secure procurement of equipment, tools, and supplies for new fulfillment center openings.
• Manage external vendors such as property management, cleaning services, and utilities, maintaining strong collaborative relationships.
• Administer operational expenses, process purchase requisitions and purchase orders, and audit expenditures for accurate, on‑time payments.

Required profile

• Proven experience in office management, fulfillment center operations, logistics, or general administrative support.
• Familiarity with corporate procurement systems, including PR/PO workflows and expense tracking.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with field teams, vendors, and HQ.
• Highly detail‑oriented, organized, and able to multitask under tight deadlines.
• Based in or able to support the Northern Taiwan area.
• Preferred proficiency in English.
