Electronics Supervisor

About the role

The Electronics Supervisor leads the Electrical/Electronics Technician team in the Make & Pack department, ensuring smooth production, equipment reliability and achievement of output targets. The role combines people management, technical oversight, safety compliance and continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily tasks, production activities and machine run‑time of the electronics technicians, coordinating assignments based on production plans.
• Develop and maintain team schedules, attendance, overtime records and ensure proper documentation in line with IWS methodology.
• Lead root‑cause analysis of machine downtime and customer complaints, driving corrective actions and efficiency improvements.
• Own the performance, stability and maintenance of Make & Pack electrical equipment, monitoring technician skill levels and delivering technical training plans.
• Enforce factory safety rules, promote EHS tools (LOTOTO, Safety Map, JSA, QRP) and uphold 5S3R housekeeping standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, automation, maintenance or engineering, preferably in FMCG, semiconductor or pharmaceutical sectors.
• At least 3 years of people‑management experience with proven coaching and team‑development abilities.
• Strong troubleshooting capability and experience in root‑cause analysis, downtime reduction and sustainable solutions.
• Proven ability to identify training needs, develop team capabilities and manage improvement projects.
• Intermediate English proficiency and solid command of Microsoft Office.
