职位概况
負責透過公司提供的客戶名單進行電話開發與保險商品銷售，達成個人及團隊業績目標，並維護客戶關係。
主要职责
- 電話銷售個人意外險、醫療險、癌症險等A&H商品。
- 分析客戶需求，提供保險規劃建議。
- 執行續保、加保及交叉銷售，提高客戶留存率。
- 遵循保險法規、個資法及公司內部規範，完成銷售流程與錄音作業。
- 使用CRM系統記錄銷售進度，定期提交業績報告。
任职要求
- 具高中/職以上學歷。
- 有電話行銷或業務經驗者佳。
- 正面積極、表達能力佳、具抗壓性與企圖心。
- 口條清晰、反應靈敏，願意接受績效挑戰。
必备技能
- 熟悉CRM系統操作。
