Director of HR

About the role

The Director of Human Resources will join the property executive committee and report directly to the General Manager, with a functional link to the Regional Senior Director of HR. The role oversees all HR functions for the property, aligning talent strategies with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead talent acquisition, succession planning, workforce planning and performance management for property staff.
• Develop and execute a property‑specific HR strategy that supports the brand and regional diversity goals.
• Manage engagement‑survey processes, monitor HR metrics and present results to owners and senior leadership.
• Coordinate the human‑capital review, lead succession‑management initiatives and ensure effective use of the myHR system.
• Act as change manager for high‑impact employee initiatives and coach managers on HR best practices.

Required profile

• Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field with at least 4 years of HR/operations experience, OR a bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to work independently, influence senior leaders and translate business priorities into HR actions.
• Strong analytical mindset and experience presenting HR data to executive audiences.
