Customer Service Specialist – UHP

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to deliver premier service to our customers, act as the liaison between internal departments, and coordinate with divisions worldwide. The role centers on order processing, quotation preparation, and ensuring timely delivery of products.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer orders and inquiries in line with department policies after confirming stock availability.
• Communicate delivery status and any relevant information to customers promptly.
• Prioritize delivery schedules based on customer requirements and stock levels.
• Handle customer claims, follow up on open orders, and coordinate with logistics, finance, and sales teams.
• Track feedback from transportation, warehousing, and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.
• Collaborate with regional or global colleagues on project implementation.
• Collect, document, and consolidate customer feedback according to defined procedures.
• Prepare quotations and support the sales force in daily operations to win orders.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Strong command of English, analytical and quantitative abilities, and proficient PC skills.
• Mature, detail‑oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility, urgency, and ownership.
• Curious to learn, passionate about excellence, eager to help, and patient listener.
