Customer Service Specialist – Multi-Product Officer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Customer Service Specialist to join our Multi‑Product Customer Centre within the Customer Service Hub. Based in Taipei, you will be the first point of contact for banking clients, delivering high‑quality support across phone, email and chat channels.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to clients, handling a wide range of banking inquiries, transactions and account‑related matters.
• Communicate with customers through phone, email and live‑chat, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
• Identify customer needs, concerns and feedback, and propose improvements to service quality.
• Maintain precise records of all client interactions and documentation.
• Continuously expand product knowledge and stay informed about banking industry trends.
• Support process‑improvement initiatives to boost operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities to address varied customer requests.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and adapting to changing priorities.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality service and genuine interest in the banking sector.
• Previous experience in a customer‑facing or contact‑center role is preferred.
