Customer Service Officer

About the role

The Customer Service Officer will provide expert internal and external customer service and sales support to the Inside Sales Team and external customers. Based in Taipei, the role ensures smooth order‑to‑invoice processes, resolves complex discrepancies and contributes to maintaining Arrow’s market position.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver internal and external customer service and sales support, handling complex discrepancies and recommending solutions.
• Manage the full Order‑to‑Invoice cycle, including order entry, value‑added order processing, and maintenance of MyArrow and PCPRCE 2 pricing systems.
• Process inbound customer orders in various formats (Excel, PDF, fax) and submit SIMS Setup Requests for NCNR and COP items.
• Support the Inside Sales team with demand planning, forecast reporting, and escalation of expedited orders.
• Coordinate branch service requests, RMAs, corrective action requests, and customer surveys, and resolve post‑delivery issues.
• Conduct manual inventory sweeps, manage dropped/new part reports, and oversee contract refresh clauses.
• Assist with quote‑to‑order activities, including loading Sales Desktop quotes, forwarding PDFs to the Quote Center, and tracking sample orders and contract signatures.

Required profile

• Minimum two‑year degree or high school diploma with equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in customer service, order processing or sales support.
• Ability to work under moderate supervision and follow established procedures.
