Customer Service Officer

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Officer to provide expert internal and external customer service and sales support to our Inside Sales Team and customer engagements in Taipei.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver internal and external customer service, handling complex discrepancies and recommending solutions.
• Manage the Order‑to‑Invoice process, including order entry, value‑added order entry, and maintenance of MyArrow accounts and PCPRCE 2 pricing.
• Support the sales team with demand planning, quality assurance, e‑Compass and Forecast Response reporting, and act as the first escalation point for expedites.
• Handle branch service requests, RMA processing, CAR/FQR analysis, customer surveys and post‑delivery issue resolution.
• Assist Inside Sales with Quote‑to‑Order activities such as loading SDT quotes, forwarding PDFs to Quote Center, monitoring quote extensions, ordering samples and coordinating contract signatures.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree with 2–4 years of relevant experience, or high‑school graduate with equivalent experience.
• Ability to work within established procedures under moderate supervision.
• Strong problem‑identification skills and sound decision‑making using standard procedures.

Required skills

• Order entry and ERP/CRM systems (e.g., MyArrow, PCPRCE 2).
• Proficiency with Excel, PDF handling and various inbound order formats (Excel, PDF, fax).
• Experience with e‑Compass, Forecast Response, Sales Desktop (SDT) and Quote Center tools.
