Country Consumer Experience Specialist

About the role

3M is seeking a Country Consumer Experience Specialist to translate the Consumer Business portfolio objectives into actionable consumer‑experience strategies for the Taiwan market. You will lead the execution of area‑wide marketing campaigns, manage local content assets, and partner with cross‑functional teams to drive portfolio growth.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with country teams to plan, launch, and monitor area‑led campaigns, ensuring alignment with program calendars and budgets.
• Oversee local content creation, KOL identification, and activation, while maintaining brand quality and relevance across owned and paid digital platforms.
• Manage digital assets, budget allocation, and spend for local content and activation initiatives.
• Enforce brand governance, share guidelines, and ensure consistent brand usage across all consumer touch points.
• Coordinate with Category Development and Shopper Marketing to align program calendars and maximize channel impact.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience in the CPG industry, preferably with a marketing background.
• Proven record in digital marketing, campaign planning, and execution.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written, with strong teamwork and presentation abilities.
• Data‑analytics capability is a plus.
