Cost Management Data Analyst

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Cost Management Data Analyst to join its Taiwan delivery team. You will be responsible for monitoring cost dashboards, managing product costing data, and ensuring accurate data flow across cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update cost dashboards and internal costing systems.
• Conduct cost data comparisons across multiple versions using Excel or specialised cost‑management tools, identify variances and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and track cost‑reporting documentation, ensuring reports are accurate and complete.
• Collect, interpret, and analyse cost‑related data, then present findings to business stakeholders.
• Identify patterns and trends within datasets to support decision‑making.
• Define and improve data‑collection and analysis processes.
• Upload and maintain data in cost‑management tools and manage tickets through Buganizer.

Required profile

• Excellent customer‑interfacing abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail with outstanding analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Fluency in Taiwanese is mandatory.
