Auditor – Risk Assessment & Audit Planning

About the role

The Auditor will support the CHOA/PHOA and team managers in developing risk assessments and audit plans for Taiwan. You will propose audit coverage, execute audits independently, and ensure findings are communicated clearly and acted upon.

Key responsibilities

• Develop GIA risk assessments and audit plans aligned with business objectives.
• Lead or contribute to audit and investigation engagements, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Manage audit budgets, identify efficiency opportunities, and track issue resolution.
• Support CHOA/PHOA in updating risk assessments and attending governance meetings.
• Maintain strong relationships with product and country stakeholders to improve control environments.
• Provide proactive feedback, influence departmental improvements, and complete internal training.

Required profile

• Proactive attitude with strong engagement in team settings.
• Ability to influence change and identify growth areas during audits.
• Experience supporting senior audit leaders and managing audit budgets.
• Comfort raising issues outside normal audit processes and attending risk‑governance meetings.
• Strong communication skills for presenting findings and monitoring action plans.
