Contact Centre Specialist – Consumer Banking

About the role

This position is part of the Group Operations function at DBS, supporting the Consumer Banking contact centre. You will deliver high‑quality service to banking customers through phone, email and chat, helping them with inquiries, transactions and account matters while contributing to a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service across multiple communication channels.
• Assist clients with banking inquiries, transactions and account‑related issues.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Identify customer needs, address concerns and capture feedback for continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions.

• Support process‑improvement initiatives to boost operational efficiency.
