Construction Project Manager

About the role

As a Construction Project Manager you will be the key driver linking design, construction, and commercial strategy to win and deliver landmark projects. You will lead major construction initiatives from early‑stage planning through on‑site execution, promoting Hilti’s integrated solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop project strategies, priorities and execution plans for major construction projects.
• Lead cross‑functional teams (Sales, Engineering, Logistics, PMO) to drive project development and execution.
• Create and monitor annual project sales plans and design‑in progress.
• Work with engineering teams to influence owners, consultants and supervisors for early specification approval.
• Visit customers and construction sites to support new business opportunities and applications.
• Coordinate internal resources, project communication and documentation to ensure smooth progress.
• Collaborate with Logistics and PMO teams to ensure successful order execution and risk management.
• Share project knowledge and best practices to strengthen team capabilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; engineering background preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Proven experience in project management or team leadership.
• Strong communication, planning and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong business sense and long‑term strategic thinking.
• Capability to promote integrated solutions (products, services, software).
