Business Support Specialist – Digital Technology Center (Taiwan)

About the role

West’s Digital Technology Center in Taiwan is looking for a Business Support Specialist to provide local HR and office administration services. The role bridges the DTC teams and the Taiwan office, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations and supporting employee engagement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist HR managers with employee engagement programs and promote West’s organisational culture.
• Manage office maintenance, supplier relationships, mail handling, and logistics for meetings and conferences.
• Maintain the HID attendance system, generate monthly reports and flag irregularities for managers.
• Oversee office procurement and finance administration in SAP, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Serve as the primary contact for IT device repairs and support HSE administrative activities.

Required profile

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple administrative tasks.
• Excellent communication in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
• Detail‑oriented and proactive in identifying process improvements.

Required skills

• Experience using SAP for procurement and finance processes.
• Familiarity with HID attendance management system.
