Business Process Solutions Specialist – Tax & Labor

About the role

This position supports the Finance & Tax department by handling a full range of tax compliance, payroll, and accounting tasks. The specialist ensures accurate journal entries, timely tax filings, and proper administration of employee benefits in accordance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries and compile financial statements.
• File and pay business tax returns.
• File income tax withholding returns.
• Prepare, file, and manage provisional, annual, final corporate income tax returns and liquidation filings.
• Provide domestic tax advisory services.
• Calculate and process salaries, overtime, and insurance premiums.
• Calculate, file, and remit salary withholding tax.
• Administer labor insurance, national health insurance, and pension enrollment/withdrawal services.
• Issue annual labor and health insurance premium certificates and handle supplementary NHI premium deductions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Taxation or a related field.
• Intermediate proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing); TOEIC score of 700 or above is preferred.
