Business Intelligence Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our agile data team in the EV and Energy Network sector. You will turn complex retail and user‑behavior data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions and improve the experience of millions of EV users.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain end‑to‑end BI solutions, from data ingestion (ETL) to interactive dashboards and reports.
• Develop robust data models and schemas in cloud data warehouses to enable self‑service analytics.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business questions into analytical requirements and validate findings with statistical methods.
• Create clear visualisations using Tableau, Power BI or Looker Studio.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and performance optimisation to maintain a single source of truth.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics or Analytics Engineering.
• Strong desire to work in a collaborative, intellectually curious environment.

Required skills

• Advanced SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Experience with cloud data warehouses such as BigQuery or Redshift.
• Proficiency in at least one BI visualisation tool (Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio).
• Python for data manipulation and automation.
• Familiarity with ETL processes, data modelling and data governance.
• Interest or experience with AI/ML or LLMs to enhance data workflows.
