Business Development Executive

About the role

The Business Development Executive will join Cencora’s World Courier division to drive new revenue opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships across Taiwan. This role combines proactive sales outreach, customer service excellence, and coordination with operational teams to ensure high‑quality, cost‑effective logistics solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities for World Courier.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients, acting as the primary contact for day‑to‑day operations.
• Qualify leads, assess revenue potential, and manage the quotation and closure process.
• Meet call targets according to the customer call cycle plan.
• Monitor and improve the network of agents, suppliers, truckers, and airlines to ensure cost‑effective, high‑quality service.
• Develop new agents and suppliers to strengthen domestic coverage.
• Provide feedback to lead originators and implement sales strategies.
• Coordinate direct marketing programs and support the Branch Manager.
• Participate in trade shows and exhibitions.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and communicate service changes promptly.
• Use the pipeline management tool and CRM system to track opportunities and negotiate contracts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and meet service‑level standards.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate lead quality and revenue potential.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Experience with CRM systems and pipeline management tools.
