Territory Account Executive (SMB Market)

About the role

Salesforce is hiring a Territory Account Executive in Taiwan, responsible for the Small Business (SB) and General Business (GRB) sectors. You will own a designated territory and act as a trusted advisor to business leaders such as founders, managers and executives, rather than just a product seller.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales plan to acquire new business and expand relationships with existing customers through upselling and cross-selling.
• Engage directly with decision-makers and build strong relationships with the marketing, inside sales and partner teams.
• Create proposals and strategies that focus on value and a customer's success, without getting bogged down in product logistics.
• Drive growth through new business development and account expansion, benefiting from shorter sales cycles with SB/GRB clients.

Required profile

• Approximately 3-5 years of direct B2B sales experience; experience with products or services in IT or non-IT sectors is welcome.
• Proven track record of building a sales process, prioritising opportunities and consistently achieving targets and quotas.
• Strong record in new business development and lead generation.
• Customer-first, proactive attitude and resilience in a fast-paced environment.

Required skills

• Ability to write proposals tied to a company's bottom line.
• Goal-oriented, metrics-driven and adaptable to new approaches.
