Bottling Technician I – Laboratory Production

About the role

The Bottling Technician I supports the production of antibody solutions and related kits in a regulated biotech environment. You will work on dispensing, capping, labeling, and assembling vials, tubes, or bottles while following strict SOPs and safety guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Dispense antibody solutions and buffers according to SOPs.
• Cap, label, and assemble kits, vials, tubes, or bottles.
• Formulate products and verify worksheets for correct concentrations and lot numbers.
• Store finished goods under required temperature conditions.
• Set up and operate computer‑controlled filling, capping, and labeling equipment.
• Perform data entry and complete production documentation.
• Maintain a clean work area and ensure all lab equipment is calibrated and serviced.
• Follow all health, safety, and regulatory procedures.

Required profile

• High school diploma or some college education.
• At least 6 months experience in a laboratory, biotech manufacturing, or bottling/packaging environment.
• Experience in a regulated manufacturing setting is preferred.
• Basic math skills and ability to follow detailed instructions.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel for data entry and tracking.
• Pipetting and dispensing liquid products.
• Aseptic technique performed in a biosafety cabinet.
• Operation of computer‑controlled process equipment (filling lines, cappers, labelers).
• Simple mathematical calculations.
