职位概况

TutorABC Business 招聘资深营销专员（B2B 线索获取），负责通过多渠道开展企业客户的需求生成与品牌推广。

主要职责

使用 LinkedIn Sales Navigator、Dripify、HubSpot 等工具进行 B2B 线索获取与潜在客户开发。
策划并优化 Outbound 与 Email 营销活动，提高企业客户名单质量和转化率。
规划并执行 B2B 营销活动，包括主题策划、渠道投放及效果分析。
撰写营销文章、案例研究、LinkedIn 与社交媒体内容，传递企业培训价值。
负责企业电子报与营销自动化的受众分群、内容规划与数据追踪。
协助新闻稿、品牌曝光及异业合作项目，提升品牌声量。

任职要求

2–4 年 B2B 市场营销、数字营销或线索获取相关经验。
具备企业客户开发、Lead Generation 或 Demand Generation 项目经验。
良好的繁体中文文案能力，能独立完成营销文章与案例撰写。
中等英文沟通能力（TOEIC 750 分以上佳）。

必备技能

熟悉 LinkedIn Sales Navigator、Dripify、HubSpot 等 CRM/MarTech 工具。
具备 Email Marketing 与 Marketing Automation 操作经验。
