AVP – ETF Capital Markets (Taiwan)

About the role

The AVP, ETF Capital Markets will support and expand client‑facing capital markets engagement for Taiwan‑focused strategies. Working closely with investment, trading, product and distribution teams, the role acts as the subject‑matter expert on Taiwan capital markets and a key interface between investors, internal stakeholders and market participants.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support client and distributor engagement related to Taiwan market structure, liquidity, execution considerations and regulatory developments.
• Act as a trusted specialist for investors, articulating investment philosophy, process, performance and market context for Taiwan‑focused products.
• Provide market updates, capital markets insights and execution guidance to internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Partner with Portfolio Management, Trading, Operations, Legal/Compliance, Product and Technology teams to support capital markets initiatives.
• Produce quantitative analysis, market research and trading analytics to support client discussions and internal decision‑making.
• Collect, analyze and interpret trading, flow and liquidity data to identify trends, risks and opportunities in the Taiwan market.
• Contribute to capital markets strategy reporting, including development of tools, dashboards and visualisations.
• Support pre‑trade and post‑trade analytics, execution analysis and reporting aligned with best‑execution objectives.
• Write Taiwan capital markets insights, commentary and research for internal and external audiences.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of Taiwan capital markets, including local market structure, regulation, liquidity and trading dynamics.
• Ability to communicate complex market concepts to investors and internal teams.
• Analytical mindset with experience in quantitative analysis and data interpretation.
• Proven ability to collaborate across investment, trading, product and distribution functions.
