Associate Product Manager – Vaccine

About the role

The Associate Product Manager will drive business solutions to expand pneumococcal and pediatric/adult vaccine market opportunities in Taiwan. You will translate product strategy into value‑creating actions by understanding consumer needs and coordinating cross‑functional teams to accelerate market penetration.

Key responsibilities

• Explore business solutions to increase private‑market vaccine penetration and support scientific‑leader engagement.
• Collect, validate, and manage creative assets while gathering market intelligence from external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with regional and local cross‑functional teams to shape private‑market strategies.
• Manage the annual advertising & promotion budget, ensuring expense accuracy and project effectiveness.
• Establish KPIs for tactical plans and implement tracking systems.
• Lead timely project management and partnership development.
• Work with IT and data scientists to turn complex data into actionable business insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in marketing or a similar role.
• Proven experience creating business and innovative solution frameworks.
• Background in healthcare private‑market or financial solution development.
• Strong understanding of customer needs and the systems influencing them.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills across internal and external partners.
• Analytical mindset with ability to perform data analysis and interpret diverse data sources.
• Demonstrated record of delivering tangible business value.
• Experience with vaccine or self‑pay product portfolios.
