Assistant Facilities Manager

About the role

As a CBRE Assistant Facilities Manager you will perform advanced facilities work in regulated spaces, supporting Property Managers with repairs and investment plans across a portfolio of assets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage painting and patchwork projects.
• Oversee major repairs of architectural items, cabinets, doors, and windows.
• Direct installation of shelving, tank holders, paper‑towel racks, coat hooks, and other fixtures.
• Serve as point of contact for front‑line client requests.
• Coordinate trades personnel for corrective and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Apply standard principles and techniques to solve routine problems.
• Maintain broad knowledge of multiple job disciplines within facilities management.
• Lead by example, modeling CBRE RISE values and influencing team quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 2‑5 years relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Understanding of procedures and standards to resolve moderately complex problems.
• Ability to analyze solutions using technical experience and sound judgment.
• Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.
• Advanced math ability for financial‑related calculations.
