Account Manager, Dental (Taipei)

About the role

Solventum, formerly 3M Health Care, is hiring a Dental Sales Representative (Account Manager) in Taipei, reporting to the Sales Supervisor, Dental Solutions Taiwan. The role covers dental clinics, hospitals, dentists and channel partners across the assigned territory, promoting the Dental Solutions portfolio including restorative materials, preventive care products, impression materials and digital dentistry solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Assess sales coverage strategies, optimize the deployment of sales resources and channels, and evaluate distributor partnerships and indirect sales models.
• Promote the Dental Solutions portfolio and drive market development and sales growth in the assigned territory.
• Provide product training and clinical application support to customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with dental clinics, hospitals, dentists and key accounts, and work closely with distributor sales teams.
• Organize and support promotional activities, product demonstrations, scientific meetings and educational programs.
• Gather market intelligence and competitive insights, and consistently achieve annual sales and revenue targets.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Dentistry, Healthcare, Life Sciences or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in dental products, medical devices or healthcare consumables.
• Familiarity with dental clinics, hospitals and related distribution channels.
• Experience in distributor management and channel development preferred; experience selling dental materials, equipment or consumables highly desirable.
• Legally authorized to work in Taiwan without employer sponsorship; relocation assistance is not authorized.

Required skills

• Strong territory management, time management and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong communication, presentation, customer relationship management and business development skills.
• Effective English communication in daily business operations.

Work is based in Taipei with a hybrid arrangement that may include up to 30% domestic travel.
