Site EHS Manager – EPC Project

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site EHS Manager to lead safety operations on a major EPC project in Kaohsiung. This frontline position will oversee daily environmental, health, and safety activities, develop a small on‑site EHS team, and work closely with project leaders, consortium partners and subcontractors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily EHS activities across installation, rehabilitation, construction and EPC/turnkey scopes.
• Manage, coach and develop a small team of on‑site EHS professionals.
• Implement and enforce Permit to Work (PTW) and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) programmes.
• Control high‑risk tasks such as electrical work, lifting, working at height and hot‑work.
• Engage Project Directors, Site Managers, international teams, consortium partners and subcontractors to sustain a strong safety culture.
• Monitor EHS performance, audits, incidents and corrective actions through corporate digital reporting systems.
• Ensure compliance with Taiwan legislation, corporate EHS policies and relevant international standards.

Required profile

• Proven site EHS experience in construction, power generation, heavy industry, EPC or turnkey projects.
• Valid Taiwan Occupational Safety and Health Manager Class B certification or higher.
• Strong practical knowledge of electrical safety, PTW and LOTO systems.
• Professional working proficiency in both English and Mandarin.
• Excellent contractor‑management and stakeholder‑influencing abilities.
• Willingness to work overtime and occasional night shifts as required.
