Sr. MEP Maintenance Technician

About the role

As a Sr. MEP Maintenance Technician at CBRE, you will inspect, repair, and maintain mechanical and electrical equipment across assigned facilities, ensuring safe and efficient operation.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee operation, repair, and maintenance of electrical and lighting systems, including new equipment installations.
• Inspect, repair, and replace components such as valves, motors, controls, switches, wiring, fans, pumps, compressors, and related hardware.
• Develop proactive inspection, testing, and preventive maintenance schedules based on historical records.
• Provide reliable service to customers while adhering to safety standards and standardized procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and CBRE RISE values.

Required profile

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 3‑4 years of relevant experience; apprenticeship completion preferred.
• Master Electrician license as required by local electrical codes and a valid driver’s license.
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as stooping, standing, climbing ladders, and lifting loads of 50 lb or more.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Advanced math and analytical abilities for calculations and troubleshooting.
• Electrical troubleshooting and maintenance expertise.
