Senior HR Partner – Builder Experience Team

About the role

The Senior HR Partner joins the Builder Experience Team (BeXT) at AWS to champion the employee experience for Builders. You will partner with leaders across the organization, providing strategic HR guidance, coaching, and support while driving inclusive, high‑performance cultures.

Key responsibilities

• Consult, coach and develop leaders on talent management, performance, compensation and employee‑relations matters.
• Advocate for Builder needs, ensuring end‑to‑end experiences that foster engagement and inclusion.
• Serve as the first escalation point for Builder concerns, applying sound judgment and Amazon policies.
• Promote adoption of HR technology and self‑service tools to streamline processes.
• Conduct complex workplace investigations in partnership with Builder Relations.
• Mentor new HR hires, contribute to global projects and regional programs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR business partnering within a fast‑paced, global environment.
• Strong judgment, empathy and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Excellent influencing and communication skills across all organizational levels.
• Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.
• Experience leading investigations and handling employee‑relations issues.
