Senior Business Analyst

About the role

Coupang is reimagining the shopping experience in Taiwan with services like Rocket Delivery and Rocket Oversea. The company is expanding rapidly and seeks a Senior Business Analyst to lead pricing performance initiatives and support its growth in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and improve automated reports and dashboards to measure performance and support business needs around Pricing Performance.
• Pull and leverage data to provide proactive, actionable insights that identify growth opportunities, increase efficiency, and deepen business understanding.
• Develop and maintain a database to house audit results for reporting and analysis.
• Coordinate and partner with Business Analyst and Data Science teams in Finance and Pricing to incorporate Price Audit data into broader analysis and reporting.
• Set strategic and measurable goals, define new metrics and collaborate with other teams on cross‑team projects.
• Become a subject matter expert in pricing and audit processes.
• Coach and develop Business Analysts in the Price Audit team.
• Manage other ad‑hoc projects as needed.

Required profile

• Strong technical skills in SQL, Tableau, Airflow, Git, Python, and handling data pipelines.
• Prior experience designing, developing, and improving automated reports and dashboards.
• Comfortable translating data insights into business metrics and KPIs.
